  1. I love your workouts and your recipes and motivational videos. I actually look forward to doing doing them everyday. I’m seeing differences in my body as well as energy and just feeling good. This has truly been the best for me as a stay at home mom. Thank you!

  2. I did red level with 12 pound dumbbells. It took me 26 minutes. I wanted to stop at the last 10 reps, but I didn’t give up. Went a lot slower but I finished the 11 and 12 reps set.
