2) Single Arm Front Raises

3) Single Arm Military Press
2-2-4-4-6-6-8-8-10-10 (30 total reps each arm)
4) Single Arm Upright Row
2-2-4-4-6-6-8-8-10-10 (30 total reps each arm)

  3. My arms were sore at the start of the workout from Monday’s workout (that I did Tues)…just doing the warm out they were tired and holy cow those first 25 burpees were killing them…I definitely didn’t finish in 7 mins but I finished at red. Ahhh glad that’s over!

    Also, Natalie I absolutely LOVE that motivational video…seriously such an important topic and you handled it perfectly!

  4. Awesome work out! Natalie, that was such a great motivational video!! I have been really down lately. I was working out 5 days a week over the summer, but now that nursing school has started back up again, I have been lucky to get 1-2 workouts in. This has been so hard on me because I am having negative self-talk and have been putting myself down because of it. I literally shed tears during this video, it was exactly what I needed to hear today!
